experienced instructors teaching both private and group classes on apparatus or mat.
Our concept is based in global approach to the body in movement, having in consideration the complex patterns that this uses and how they interact with each other we create tailor made programs for each individual based in their needs and the ailments they suffer.
This allow us to guarantee results in any objective you might have being those injury recovery, postural reeducation, sports performance or simply improved wellbeing.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.
Joseph Pilates believed that our physical and mental health are intertwined. He designed his exercise program around principles that support this philosophy, including concentration, precision, control, breathing, and flowing movements
What is Yamuna?
Yamuna Body Rolling is a unique method which stimulate bones, tendons, and muscle by using several sized special balls. In a group class you roll over the balls placing your weight on as if you are giving yourself massage. And in a private session practitioner add his/her body weight to maximise the result.
As this method helps to create space in joints of the whole body, as the result you could reduce the pain and inflamation.
It also replace the muscles in the right place and release them.
Everywhere you have muscle connecting from one place to the next; this is the path along which Yamuna Body Rolling takes you.
The ball becomes the hands of the therapist and the person’s weight creates the traction, movement and release on the ball. This is a very powerful self -fixing and maintaining tool that everyone can do regardless of his age or physical limitations. This organizes the body bringing all the parts back to working the way they should and can be.

Kanoko is co-founder and -owner of Hellopilates in Madrid. She was born and raised in Japan. She has been in a professional contemporary dance program in London and Austria since 2002 where she started Pilates.
After 4 years of her Pilates practice, in the schools Kanoko completed her Pilates Teachers Certification with Body Arts & Science International, under the guidance of Amit Younger.
Since then, she has taught Pilates Equipment and Matwork both privately and in studios in Tokyo and Phuket, including Do plaza sports, Studio yoggy and renowned Aman resort . And 2007 she started Hellopilates Tokyo, and has been teaching and managing classes still now in 2016.
Kanoko has a long history of interest in movement and the body. She began dancing since 2002, training in numerous dance forms. Butoh became her passion.
With a deep passion for movement, the art of teaching and for the practice of Pilates, Kanoko strives to continually enhance her skills as a teacher and practitioner of the Pilates method through Pilates practice and by continuing her education with teachers from around the world.

Since a young age Santiago have been involve in the study of movement in its different forms, from martial arts as a hobby to rehabilitation work in the family bussines, since 2006 he has been a Pilates instructor, starting his formation with Peak Pilates in Spain followed by trainings with Stott Pilates and Polestar in Japan has worked with some of the best studios of Tokyo, as well as head instructor for Aman Resort in Phuket and from 2016 in Madrid.
WIth a focus on postural analysis, alignment and a global aproach to movement his classes are tailored for each individual for achieving the best results acording to their goals and body characteristics.
